Who we are
This website, aivares.com, is run by legal name of business, based in Mumbai, India ("Aivares", "we", "us"). We build websites, AI chatbots and automation for businesses. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we handle it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect

We don't ask for payment details, ID documents or health information through this website. Please don't include sensitive details in the message box.
Why we use it
- To contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email about your request
- To prepare and send the idea report you asked for
- To prepare a plan and quote, if you ask for one
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the website (only if you accept analytics cookies)
- To protect our forms from spam and abuse
We use your data because you agree to it when you tick the consent box on our forms. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see Your rights). We don't sell your data or use it for anyone else's marketing.
Who helps us run the website
We use trusted service providers to run the website. They handle data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it
We keep your details for up to 24 months after you contact us. After that, your personal details (name, phone, email and message) are removed automatically. We keep only anonymous totals, such as how many requests came from each industry. If you become a client, we keep the records needed for the work and for tax and legal purposes.
Cookies
We use one small cookie to remember your cookie choice, and your browser remembers your light or dark theme. These are needed for the website to work.
Google Analytics cookies are used only if you click Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you
- correct or update it
- delete it
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent
- nominate someone to act for you, if you're unable to
Email us at the address below. We'll reply within response time, to confirm. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Keeping it safe
Your data is sent over an encrypted connection. Form submissions are stored in a database that the public cannot read, and only the two founders can see your details. No website is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.
Children
This website is for business owners. It's not meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect children's data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For important changes, we'll make it clear on the website.
